At Victory Range Hoods, we stand behind the quality of our ventilation products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your range hood is not the perfect fit for your kitchen, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your original order details.

  Prepare the Unit

  Carefully repackage the range hood in its original shipping crate or box, ensuring all protective film, mounting hardware, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outer packaging and ship the unit back to our distribution center using a trackable and insured freight service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit to confirm it is in new, uninstalled condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
